James, is there any further news on when the next batch(es) of users will be moved across?
I manage 11 connections with you, ranging from my own house to a customer 500 miles away, and I'll need to do the various updates. As all our routers have ACL to control remote access to them, I'll need to be sure that my own router change doesn't happen the same day as my customers change. Many thanks, Jim PS I can PM you the usernames of all the connections I manage, if that helps. |

Want to migrate back now Enta's going. Any idea if I migrate over how long before I'd be on the MurphX system? Better to wait a few months?

All new customers or people that migrate over from now will be put on the MurphX network, no one will be put back on Entanet's network.

James,I have just had the email saying I am changing over the the 17th March, and set up my DD details.Does this mean you will not need the card details previously asked for for the first payment?

I just set up my account with a MasterCard and have my switch date on the 26th Feb.
So i can just use the MasterCard each month instead of setting up a direct debit? there wont be any problems with you taking money from the Mastercard account each month? There wasn't an option to authorise continuous payment from the MasterCard when i set up my billing account with adsl24 (like there was when i set up my entanet billing account)....so i'm hoping this aint gonna be a problem?
