Hmm, I've logged a couple tickets about this in the past and they just end up asking me to keep trying diagnostics (i.e. use the BT test port, check all the router settings etc) or to log a call with BT (who will no doubt say the line is fine as I can get a connection Ok, then charge me £120-odd for the privilege!). Suffice to say I gave up with the ticket system as I was getting nowhere, and just put up with a crappy speed.
