Monthly Billing

I am trying to remember about the pipex billing system.
My direct debit comes out of the bank around the 3rd of each month,now does anyone know if you pay the month ahead,as my contract with pipex ends in may and i want to try and get my mac code to work out to coincide with it,hope i explained what i mean.:D

I don't know about Pipex in particular but I believe most/all ISPs charge a month in advance, like BT do for the line rental. Assuming that's what you were after?

Any way you should be able to work out how many payments you have made in members account

In advance. I gave 30 days notice to Pipex Dec 19 2006 got a Mac and came here on Jan 18 2007. Pipex debited my account for another month on Jan 20, acknowledged their mistake when challenged. I did not get a refund until Feb 27 after phoning them weekly. So if you are lucky to be on DD with them cease it with your bank 4 Apr.
