Hi,
I got home yesterday evening to find the internet not working. I think my router might not be connecting to your servers. My router states a down and up speed as well as line attenuation etc.. But the connection screen with IP and DNS is blank which I guess means the logon ID isnt working?
I'm wondering whether this has anything to do with the payment methods. I thought I had set it up as card payments but i may have done this wrong.
Would it be possible for you to see if in fact my line has been disconnected and let me know what i need to do to get it back again. Also, if this is the case how long do you think it may take for it to come back online because I sometimes need to logon to work in the evenings so the sooner I get it back the better.
