morning everyone,

well it's here, the day i'm out of you know who! still with them atm, but by this evening i'll be a fully fledged adsl24'er, & my email to the old firm will have gone cancelling my old account & requesting whatever refund i'm entitled.

can't wait to join you all, wish me luck pleeeeeeese!

Welcome in, dojidave. I'm sure things will go without a hitch. You'll just need to put your Adsl24 login & pass in your router and reconnect later in the day.

When I went live I emailed support and accounts @EFH

they replied quickly to say I would not be charged anymore and I got a £10 refund on my card - probably pro rata for any remaining.

Surprisingly efficient although anyway, whatever the service, one of the main reasons I migrated was to avoid being forced into any possible Tiscali LLU by 186K
