Yay!
I have just fought my way out of the hellish purgatory that is the Tiscali 12-month contract, in which I slew the demon ISP with an official complaint with ISPA and a flurry of lethal e-mails to it's head honchos. Thankfully, there is a single member of the Tiscali staff, Mr Steve Best, who appears to be able to read the first word in the phrase 'customer service'. I've signed up with you guys, as from what I can see, you tick all the boxes. You don't lock people into contracts, you appear to have good and knowledgeable technical support, and most importantly you appear to have a truckload of very happy customers. Trust me, after the Tiscali fiasco, I did a LOT of research - once bitten, twice shy!
Looking forward to getting activated on Monday and getting shot of the Tiscali cowboys.
