Perhaps I am a little confused with the defined usage allowance, I need someone to clarify. I've just been activated on the Home Max 30 package and from looking at the control panel on the website it states under my "Usage":

*Maximum Allowed Usage: 30.00 GB
* You will be charged for any usage that is above your
allowed usage.

Does this mean that if say I exceed 30GB during off-peak hours only then this still counts towards my maximum allowed usage? I was under the impression it was 300GB allowed usage off-peak?

Thanks

Chris

I agree that it's a bit confusing. Your usage allowance is 30 GB peak, and 300 GB off peak.

LOL - I hit the panic button when I saw I had signed up to the Home Max 30 package - thought I'd mistakenly got the 3/30 one. A PM to Brian got me down off the ceiling, though. I agree it could do with being a little more explicit.

They Entanet only specify the peak usage because in my opinion thats the one you need to keep an eye on.
