We are an Internet Service Provider based in the Pennine district of Saddleworth on the Lancashire and Yorkshire border. We specialise in providing an open, honest and no-nonsense service to customers throughout the UK and Europe. With our attention to detail, we are busy providing services to consumers, businesses and home workers. Our staff are located right here in England - we don't believe in overseas call centres.

Being part of the 24 Media Group, we also have over 20 years of experience in the design, web and multimedia market, however our core business is supplying ADSL broadband services to Home users and Businesses, and we can do this to over 99% of UK and NI addresses. Our other main services include Mobile Broadband and Line Rental.

In late 2007 and early 2008 we were heavily involved with the BT 21st Century Network (21CN) trials which bring speeds of up to
24 Mb to exchanges throughout the UK. This new service, dubbed as ADSL2+ or WBC, was initially rolled out to the Birmingham and Wolverhampton exchanges and after successful trials we officially launched our ADSL2+ service to the public in July 2008. We were the first ISP to officially offer ADSL2+ over BT's 21CN network.

In 2010 and 2011 we were involved in the new Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) trials with BT Wholesale & Openreach and launched the service to customers in September 2010. We are very experienced in the Fibre Broadband market place and our staff are very knowlegeable in this area.

We also launched our Line Rental and Mobile Broadband services though popular demand in 2011.
